• Dr. Michaela Postell is the Director of Title IX Compliance at Trinity University. She holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The University of Alabama, and a Doctorate in Education from Baylor University. With a focus on gender equity, campus safety, and higher education, Dr. Postell is dedicated to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all. 

    In her role, she works to prevent sexual misconduct, harassment, and discrimination, while promoting a culture of respect and accountability. Dr. Postell is committed to developing policies and programs that empower individuals and strengthen campus communities, ensuring everyone has access to an equitable educational and work experience.
